David Dinoso has been a New York bankruptcy attorney for over a decade having first practiced at a well-known New York City bankruptcy boutique as general counsel to the firm's principal in his fiduciary capacity as chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy trustee and federal equity receiver.
Subsequently, David joined a Financial District firm's complex civil litigation and bankruptcy practices. There, David advocated on behalf of individual and corporate clients in high stakes matters before state and federal courts across a wide range of statutory and common law claims.
Prior to attending law school, David served as a Supervising Investigator at the New York City Civilian Complaint Review Board, the largest police oversight agency in the United States.
